Moving forward

In Projects on October 19, 2010 at 11:37 am

The weaving on the couch piece is really moving along.

I have been weaving blocks of yellow, orange and aqua, and all sorts of blends of color-on-color;

Soon we’ll be on the next stage, which is yellow with strong black lines/streaks.

Warping up

In Uncategorized on October 19, 2010 at 11:27 am

Had a warping up party the other night with friends and am about to get started on a commission for a private client.

Was a bit sore the next day after winding hundreds of threads on a warping board.

But it’s great to be moving ahead with new projects.
